luvleelab grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes only, in accordance with these terms and Apple’s App Store Review Guidelines.
The App is free to download and use. It displays interstitial advertisements after each calculation. You may permanently remove all ads by purchasing “BMI Calculator Plus” as a one-time, non-recurring in-app purchase. The purchase is processed through your Apple ID and is linked to your Apple account.
All BMI, BMR, and TDEE values calculated by the App are estimates for informational purposes only. They are based on standardised population formulas (WHO BMI classification and Mifflin-St Jeor equation) and do not account for individual health conditions, body composition, or medical history.
The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not make health or dietary decisions based solely on results from this App. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding your health and wellbeing.

All content, design, graphics, and code within the App are the property of luvleelab or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
The App integrates third-party services including Google AdMob, RevenueCat, Mixpanel, and Sentry. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. luvleelab is not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, luvleelab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App, including but not limited to health decisions made on the basis of App calculations.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Updated terms will be posted at this URL. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
