How do I restore my purchase?

Open the app → Settings → Restore Purchase. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

Why is the exchange rate not updating?

Rates are sourced from the European Central Bank (ECB) and update once per business day. The app shows the date of the last successful refresh at the bottom of the converter screen.

Does the app work offline?

Yes. The last fetched ECB rate is stored locally. You can convert without an internet connection using the cached rate.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Go to iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → CHF Converter → Cancel.

What data does the app collect?

No personal data is collected or stored. The app uses anonymous crash reporting and anonymous usage analytics only. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
