Einbürger ("we", "our", "the App") is developed by luvleelab. The App is a citizenship test preparation tool for the German Einbürgerungstest. It works fully offline — all 310 questions are bundled within the app and no content is fetched from a server.
You do not need to create an account or provide any personal information to use the App. This policy explains what limited data is processed and your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We do not collect or store personally identifiable information on our servers. The App does not require a login, registration, or any personal details.

All of this data stays on your device. If you delete the App, all locally stored data is removed.

All app data (exam results, study progress, preferences) is stored locally on your device using Apple's frameworks. We have no access to this data.
If you have iCloud backup enabled, your device data may be included in that backup. This is governed by Apple's privacy policy, not ours.
This App is fully GDPR compliant. We do not collect, store, or process personally identifiable data. Because the only data processed by third parties is anonymous analytics and crash data, most GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability) are exercised directly through those third-party services.

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, please contact us and we will address it promptly.
We may update this policy when we add new features or change how data is processed. Material changes will be communicated via an in-app notice or an update to the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
