These Terms form a legal agreement between you and luvleelab ("we", "us", "our"), the developer of Einbürger. The App is made available through Apple's App Store and is subject to Apple's App Store Review Guidelines and Media Services Terms and Conditions.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms.

The App is free to use with limited exam attempts. A one-time "Pro" purchase unlocks full access permanently.
The question bank reflects the official BAMF (Bundesamt für Migration und Flüchtlinge) question catalogue, which is publicly available. While we strive to keep the content accurate and up to date, we make no warranty that:
Always verify critical information against the official BAMF sources. We are not affiliated with BAMF or any government authority.
You agree not to use the App:
The App's design, code, graphics, and user interface are owned by luvleelab and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
The Einbürgerungstest question catalogue is publicly released by BAMF and is not proprietary to luvleelab. Translations and the presentation layer within the App are original works of luvleelab.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, luvleelab shall not be liable for:
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer protection law, including rights you have under EU or German consumer law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany and the European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also benefit from the mandatory protections of the laws of your country of residence.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via an in-app notice or an update to the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
